  • No.  You can connect your own computer. Also, you can download your playlist onto a removable drive or flash drive that will plug into our sound system.

  • Yes.  Just select and bundle on the reservation form and then select the “add more items” box and list what you want.  If you don’t find what you are looking for on the reservation form, list it in the “comments” section.

  • Sales taxes vary because of local tax differences for different areas of Los Angeles.

  • Yes. Select “Contact us”, provide email and/or mobile phone information, and you will be put on our list for deal alerts and coupons.

  • SpinHub Rentals provides proper covers for electrical and equipment cords to avoid trip hazards.  Once you approve the set-up, SpinHub Rentals is not liable for injuries during the event.  You or the event site should carry appropriate liability insurance.

  • Full service set up and testing of the equipment is available for an extra fee.  You can choose this option on your reservation form.

  • Yes.  Be sure to put this in “notes” on your order and we will contact you to ensure we bring the correct cords.

  • The first charge is for your equipment rental, this must be paid before we will unload the equipment.  The second charge is a $250 fee in case of damages.  If the equipment is returned in good working conditions, this fee is credited/reversed.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Personal checks are not accepted

  • You can rent single items.  However, bundles provide cost-effective discounts

  • For Bundles, SpinHub will deliver your equipment to the location you put on your order. For single-item or small orders pick-up can be arranged by text message or email.

  • We have experienced sound production staff who will be happy to help you.  Use the “Contact Us” form, email, text, or call us to get advice.

  • You will be provided a phone number to call for onsite assistance during your event.  Keep in mind that we may have to travel up to one hour to get there.  For peace of mind, we recommend that you test the system when it is delivered.

  • Yes.  We can set up sound systems for (with or without lighting and a projector) for any type of event (comedy show, live music performance, live auctions, to emcee or master of ceremonies, etc.)

  • SpinHub Rentals provides proper covers for electrical and equipment cords to avoid trip hazards.  Once you approve the set-up, SpinHub Rentals is not liable for injuries during the event.  You or the event site should carry appropriate liability insurance.

  • SpinHub will retain the $250 damage fee.  Once the extent of the damage is assessed, you may be responsible for additional charges or receive a refund.  Prompt notification of SpinHub of dropped or damaged equipment is essential to be considered for future rentals.

  • Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery will receive a refund, minus the $50 reservation fee. Reservations canceled with shorter notice will have different deductions depending on the size of the order.
