FAQ.

  • No.  You can plug your own computer or tablet into our equipment. Alternatively, music can be downloaded to a removal drive or flash drive that will plug into our sound system.

  • Yes, you can make these requests by email (info@spinhubrentals.com) or using the “Contact us” form on the website. We will do our best to accommodate your additions. However, keep in mind that additional equipment requested within 24 hours of your event may not be available.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and a variety of Cash apps. We can process payments through Splice or Square and payment options may change periodically  Personal checks are not accepted.

  • SpinHub Rentals provides proper covers for electrical and equipment cords to avoid trip hazards. We carry liability insurance. Once you approve the set-up, you should not move items or SpinHub Rental’s liability may be limited.

  • SpinHub will retain the $250 damage fee.  Once the extent of the damage is assessed, you may be responsible for additional charges or receive a refund.  Prompt notification of SpinHub of dropped or damaged equipment is essential to be considered for future rentals.

  • Yes. Keep in mind that the prices on the website are the standard rate per day. Contact us if you want to negotiate an extended rental.

  • Yes. Select “Contact Us”, provide email and/or mobile phone information, and you will be on our list for deal alerts and coupons.

  • Yes, our COI will be shared upon request. Use “Contact us” or email info@spinhubrentals.com

  • Our standard bundles give you an idea of pricing. You have the choice to reserve a bundle and add additional items into your cart at checkout. Your invoice will be adjusted after you pay the reservation fee, so that the bundle discount % will apply to all items on the invoice.

    For event promotors we will build a custom bundle for your event with all of the items you want and provide our best pricing

  • For Bundles, SpinHub Rental’ will deliver your equipment to the location entered on your reservation form.

  • We have experienced sound production staff who will be happy to help you.  Submit the reservation form with all of the requested information. Our experts will contact you by your preferred method (phone, text, email) to recommend equipment and provide pricing options.

  • At the time of set-up, we will ensure the equipment is operational and you will receive a phone number to call for assistance during your event. 

    Keep in mind that we may have to travel up to one hour to get there.  For peace of mind, we recommend that you test the system when it is delivered.

    For an important event with many types of equipment, we encourage you to request on site technical support during the event as part of your proposal.

  • Your reservation will specify an upfront fee to reserve your equipment. Reservations canceled with more than 7 days notice will be refunded the reservation fee minus a $50 service charge. Reservations canceled with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the entire reservation fee.

  • We recommend large bundles and complicated equipment orders be reserved at least 30 days in advance.

  • Yes, equipment rentals are taxed in California. Your tax rate will depend on the location of the event.

  • We require an upfront 30% fee to reserve the equipment for your desired date. The balance of the equipment rental fee is due 24 hours prior to delivery & set up. You will also be required to authorize a security deposit, which puts a hold on your payment method until the equipment is returned and found to be in acceptable condition.
