No. You can connect your own computer. Also, you can download your playlist onto a removable drive or flash drive that will plug into our sound system.
Yes. Just select and bundle on the form and then select the “add more items” box and list what you want. Once an order is placed, you can call, text, or email SpinHub Rentals to make modifications.
Yes, equipment rentals are taxable in California. The prices on our website include applicable taxes.

For equipment that is delivered, instructions on use is included.
Yes. Be sure to put this in “notes” on your order and we will contact you to ensure we bring the correct cords.
One invoice covers the remainder due for your equipment rental. This must be paid before we will unload the equipment. The second invoice is for a $250 deposit paid in case of damages. If the equipment is returned in good working conditions, this fee is credited/reversed.
Yes, you can make these requests by email (info@spinhubrentals.com) or using the “contact us” form on the website. We will do our best to accommodate your additions. However, keep in mind that additional equipment requested within 24 hours of your event may not be available.

You can rent single items. However, bundles provide cost-effective discounts
For Bundles, SpinHub will deliver your equipment to the location you put on your order. For single-item or small orders pick-up can be arranged by text message or email.
You will be provided a phone number to call for onsite assistance during your event. Keep in mind that we may have to travel up to one hour to get there. For peace of mind, we recommend that you test the system when it is delivered.
Your order will specify an upfront payment to reserve the equipment. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery will receive a refund, minus a $50 fee. Reservations canceled with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the entire reservation fee.
SpinHub Rentals provides proper covers for electrical and equipment cords to avoid trip hazards. Once you approve the set-up, SpinHub Rentals is not liable for injuries during the event. You or the event site should carry appropriate liability insurance.
SpinHub will charge a $250 damage fee at delivery, which can be applied to the repair cost. Once the extent of the damage is assessed, you may be responsible for additional charges or receive a refund. Prompt notification of dropped or damaged equipment is essential to be considered for future rentals.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Personal checks are not accepted
